Project Description
Western Pump designed and built the Fuel Tank Storage and Dispensing System for this new facility. Project features include four (4) double-wall Fiberglass Underground Storage Tanks (3 x 30,000-gallon, 1 x 15,000-gallon), nine (9) double-wall fiberglass Piping Systems, twelve (12) Fuel Dispensers (24 fueling positions), one (1) Balance Phase-II Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) System, one (1) 3-Terminal VeriFone Point-of-Sale (POS) System, and one (1) 8,832-s.f. Canopy Structure with LED fixtures.

Notable Accomplishment
We encountered existing hardpan, caliche, and cobbles during excavation (the geotechnical report did not indicate this). Western Pump worked with Haskell to mitigate the negative impacts on the project schedule and budget; this was accomplished by quickly securing additional heavy equipment and by negotiating a fair rate.
