Construction Delivery Methods

Construction Management

We manage the process of estimating, bidding, contracting, and constructing a project according to the plans and specifications supplied by the owner.

Integrated Construction Management

We assist with selecting an architect who is contracted to the owner; our management process then encompasses everything from initial design through the completion of construction.

Design/Build

We manage the entire project from inception through design to construction completion. This is most suitable for those owners who prefer a complete turnkey process.

Bid/Build

This type of project is the least preferred and should only be considered after careful study of the project documents.

Construction Project Management

Ensuring Efficient and Effective Execution

Achieving consistency between the intended design and the final product is paramount to the success of a project. We use a comprehensive and integrated approach to manage project workflow effectively and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. This approach enables us to complete our projects on time, on budget, and according to specifications.

Our project managers participate directly in projects by devoting a significant portion of their effort to the development, implementation, and completion of specific tasks. They are also responsible for providing team leadership, job-site security, and quality control. Our project managers continually monitor project schedules and budgets and maintain effective communication with the client. As a result, they work toward our clients’ best interests by minimizing and mitigating potential problems before they arise, exercising cost containment, reducing and eliminating delays, and identifying and exploring alternative procedures and opportunities.

All project costs and activities are tracked and recorded weekly into Procore and our computerized database. Timesheets, budgets, and indirect and direct costs are linked to this database for total cost management. This enables project managers to proactively monitor project costs and schedules and respond as needed.

Western Pump security and quality-control measures ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and preservation of our records. All project data is backed up on a daily basis.
