Notable Accomplishment
Coordinating subcontractor trades is never easy, especially in a facility this complex. McCarthy’s Project Execution Team implemented Building Information Modeling (BIM) to accomplish this task. Western Pump participated in regular BIM coordination meetings to help identify conflicts prior to beginning onsite work. A significant amount of time and money was saved, and a higher quality of work was produced by all subcontractors that were involved in this process.
